Requirements Required experience for this position includes:
* Significant experience in securing Microsoft servers in an Internet environment * Windows NT server * Windows 2000 server * SQL server * IIS webserver
Additional desired experience includes:
* .NET framework * Version control systems
Project responsibilities will include developing standard practices for the configuration and deployment of Windows NT and 2000 based Internet servers, Hardening of the OS and installation and configuration of detection tools, assisting in the configuration and deployment of Windows NT and 2000 based Microsoft SQL and IIS/.net servers for Internet use by partners, designing failover for MS-SQL and IIS/.net along with defining application update, maintenance, support, and monitoring mechanisms, evaluating the Windows NT and 2000 configuration of internal PCs with respect to Windows servers in the Netware environment to improve security and performance, and other assigned tasks.
