Service and Support Agreements
· Standard Support
Included with the purchase or lease of a FrontSQL product.
This allows for one hour of customer phone support within the first thirty (30) days of customer ownership. And up to twenty e-mail customer support questions for the first (30) days.
Price: Free
· Silver Support
Includes all of the elements of the Standard Support Package plus:
o 3 hours per month of phone support (during normal business hours)
o 30 e-mail customer support questions per month
o free upgrades for a year.

Price: 20% of the purchase agreement for one year of coverage
· Gold Support
Includes all of the elements of the Silver Support Package plus:
o Unlimited phone support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
o FrontSQL replacement program (next business day replacement of faulty FrontSQL)

Price: 30% of the purchase agreement for one year of coverage
